Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy β Go Handmade & Co
At Go Handmade & Co, we take great care to ensure every package is securely packed to help prevent damage during transit.
Please note that Go Handmade & Co is not responsible for any items damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, it must be taken to your local Australia Post branch, where you can lodge a claim directly with them.
Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, we no longer have control over delivery times, tracking updates, or parcel handling. Any shipping-related issues are the responsibility of Australia Post.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us before completing your purchase so arrangements can be made.

No Refunds or Exchanges
Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, incorrect colour selection, or incorrect item selection.
As many of our products are handmade or made to order, all sales are considered final unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at gohandmadeandco@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
For items damaged during shipping, Go Handmade & Co is not responsible. Claims for shipping damage must be lodged directly with Australia Post.

Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before production, packaging, or shipping may be eligible for a refund. An administration fee of $5 may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
Once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, cancellations and refunds will not be available.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
